Conference registration can become a nightmare if not managed
correctly. Event Launcher customized the registration for Commonwealth
of Virginia’s Information Technology Symposium (COVITS) to
allow sponsorship, attendee, and press registration. That may
sound simple, but when there are three levels of attendees, six
levels of sponsorship, it can get complicated.
Our job is to keep the process simple. The custom reports allow
the planners to have the immediate and informative data that they
require. Badge reports, check-in reports, as well as golf, reception
and registration level are a click away and easily downloaded
into excel.
